Situated in the Test Valley on the River Anton, Andover is a picturesque market town in the English county of Hampshire. Wander down the narrow walkways dating back to Saxon times, and enjoy the town’s attractive high street. Many buildings date back to the 18th century, when Andover was an important stop-over destination for stagecoaches on their way from Exeter and Salisbury to Oxford, Southampton and London. For this reason, there were many coach houses and inns, and many of these are still operational today, welcoming guests in for warm hospitality, good food and accommodation.

In the heart of the town is an open street development boasting independent shops as well as many well-known high street names. Full of hotels, B&Bs, and self-catering options, there is something to suit every taste and budget.
